Custom Automation
This machine is designed for finished-product electrical testing of PDS products. It uses manual loading and test-interface connection, with 16 GPU test interfaces and 4 Switch test interfaces. Once the interfaces are correctly connected to the product, the test software is started to perform the test, and the display presents the test results and relevant information.

Process Overview:
1. Manually push the product onto the product support base;
2. Manually snap the locking plate at the rear of the product support base into place to secure the product;
3. Manually operate the control handle to correctly connect the 16 GPU test instruments and 4 Switch test instruments to the product one by one, ensuring they are fully seated;
4. Manually press the start button to initiate the test and wait for the test to complete;
5. Once testing is complete, manually push the operating handle to disconnect the 16 GPU test instruments and 4 Switch test instruments from the product one by one;
6. After the test instruments have been disconnected from the product, manually open the latch plate at the rear of the product;
7. Manually push the product out of the equipment
